As the album title implies, the overarching themes of the album are ‘despair’, ‘individual struggles’ and ‘Mental Health’. Themes that have become increasingly important for the band, so they decided to explore and express them through their music which imbues the album with a sense of urgency. “I Beat Loneliness” is a co-production by Gavin Rossdale and Erik Ron (Panic! at the Disco, Set If Off…) and easily manages sound like BUSH’s past AND its future.
