Badmotorfinger was the third studio album from the ever developing Soundgarden, who were still looking for their sound following changes in personel between records. Released around the same time as Nirvana's 'Nevermind' and Pearl Jam's 'Ten', the album was initially lost within the popularity of Nevermind, but the subsequent attention of the Seattle music scene helped broaden the albums exposure, eventualy driving it to platinum status.
Badmotorfinger includes the singles 'Jesus Christ Pose', a song that got them banned from MTV for a period, 'Oushined' and 'Rusty Cage'.
